School had started for one week. Last week was more exhausting than I thought. School usually starts at 9am and ends at 4pm, two hours less than normal working hours. Even though the duration is shorter, there would usually be long breaks and boring lectures that makes you yawn till you start tearing.

I had a crazy weekend with S.H.E in town. I went to both Osim Press Conference at Ion Orchard on Friday and the other event at Causeway Point on Saturday. Only one word to describe Sat’s event: Sucks! Sucky management and sucky location chose. But the Ion Orchard event was better. Its my first time using my 500D during events. Used up more than half of my 8gb SDHC card but something real nasty happened. Once I off my camera, I tried to switch on back to view the pictures. But I can’t. I then realised that my SDHC card was corrupted and I thought that all my effort of taking those pictures were gone. I spent 3 hours and managed to recover half of the pictures. Luckily there were still great photos and those lost were during the Q&A segment. I spent my whole night till 2am to complete editing photos to be posted on the forums before going for a short nap and leaving for Sat’s event.

Just the start of second week of school today, I’m down with flu. Sick! :’(

I know, its been a long time since I last blog.

What had happened for the past 4 months?

July – Stefanie Sun’s The Answer is… Concert

August – Exams (I maintained my GPA and scored an A for International Business )

September till now – Attachment for 10 weeks (There this policy that we can’t blog about the company so I won’t say much on that)

I’m just left with 2 more weeks to go. 10 working days! I shall endure 2 more weeks before start of last semester for Year 3. However, this semester, I have 7 modules to do. If you do follow my twitter or facebook, you should know that my timetable sucks. It is fully of 2-3 hour breaks. Totally a waste of time.

End of IPP means November is coming. I think this November will be fully pack with start of semester 2, Adeline coming back from Australia and S.H.E is coming to town.

Argh. I need to get a few tees and a haircut before school starts. I did went out to Tampines to look at the 50% offer at Topman and also at Uniqlo. But I ended up purchasing a black single button blazer from Messy for $59.90. I’m happy with it. I need to think twice whether to get a black pants a not. Seen so many pants today but nothing nice. Maybe I should get that shiny black pants from Messy also. I need new shoes too! My Air Force 1 totally dead.

Time to save save and save after all this shopping for Taipei trip next year

They will be releasing a digital album in June 22 which will be available only in China first as they are collaborating with a China Telecom to produce this album. It will have 2 new songs and 8 other old songs such as 爱来过, 五月天. The other new song will only be out on June 22. As for other areas, HIM are still discussing about the release. Enjoy~

This week is a long weekend thanks to Labour day on Friday. School had started this week. Though there’s only 6 modules this semester, I don’t seem to be able to understand some of the modules. With lecturers speaking in perfect english, in high speed and using chimology terms, I will try to record the lectures next week to see if my MP3 work if not I may need a voice recorder which cost $100 and above.

On Thursday, after school, I went over to Orchard alone as usual to the same place, Kinokuniya to grab the 壹周刊 that has an interview with Yanzi and another japanese magazine. Went over to Cold Storage to stock up on my canned soups so that I can settle my meals at home without the need of stepping outside of the house. Before leaving, I went to buy some of the japanese “kueh” not sure what they are called. They are like those mochi kinda thing with red bean filling inside. Choose here choose there, $15 gone. I regretted not taking bus 72 with Lishin which ended me up in Orchard.

Today, my parents and I went out to celebrate their 27th anniversary by having brunch at Paramount. The dim sum and hor fun there are great. Another place to go for good dim sum! It’s opposite of Parkway Parade thus we went over there after having brunch. The 两老 said they have not been here for years but I had been coming over every 1-2 months for haircut.

As usual, the “see see look look” window shopping before going over to Marks & Spencers to grab some cookies and the 两老 bought some fruit gummies. Then we went over to Giant for some grocery shopping. The 两老 also bought plants and fertilsers. My house is in the progress of turning into a garden. No wonder there are so many bugs flying into the house.

One day left before another start of school week. Sian ah~

Do you think it is possible for me to save $1000 by this year? Because I am thinking of getting a custom in-ear monitor(IEM), Westone ES2 which is gonna cost around $900 something.

Basically it is those earphones you see singers wear when they perform live. Yes, those beige earbuds.With the custom ear moulds, the ear mould will seal you ears and thus you can hear better to the music.

You may think I am crazy spending $1000 on some earphones but I do think it is worth it as only your ears fit the ear moulds. But there’s so many things I wanna get, a new mobile phone, a desktop etc, etc. Somemore Yanzi’s concert is coming, meaning I will be spending on those concert merchandise too.

How can I save $1000?

The answer is..I cannot take any taxi rides from now on. Die die also must take public transport or drive. So, my fellow friends and BFFs, please STOP me from taking any taxi rides and remind me of the custom IEM that I wanna buy.

However, if by June, I see myself unable to save up to $150 per month, I might change my plans and maybe get a lower, lower, lower grade of IEM, those universal fitting IEM, UM1 which cost less than $200.

Enough of those IEM stuffs, I went to get a haircut at Kimage Prestige during noon and I like the result, but my mum doesn’t. She said its too short. Ya, I do agree its too short but it turn out nice and short would means easier to style and wash. Saving those shampoo and water. Haha. Sad that I can’t do colouring, if not the effect would be better.

Tomorrow I’m going swimming with Lishin and it’s probably the last swim till the next break which is during June. Hope the weather will be sunny tomorrow.

Today is the opening date for Tampines 1 mall and Uniqlo. I went to Tampines 1 with my cousin during noon. We had lunch in Subway which is in B1 before going over to Uniqlo to do some shopping.

We queued for like 30minutes outside of Uniqlo before entering the shop. The manager there keep apologising as they need to control the crowd. The staffs are friendly and I got myself a UT tee there.

After that we went to Peninsular to get myself a black cardigan before going over to Plaza Singapura. We shop around Daiso and Carrefour before going back. I will only go back to Uniqlo I think next month. Probably not now as you will have to queue 30 minutes to enter and another 30 minutes to pay at the cashier. If you wanna try out clothings at the fitting room, that would be another 30 minutes. They have everything from innerwear to outerwear. You will confirm find something you like there.

I missed the weather, the food and the people in Taipei. I missed the cold weather there with a temperature of 14 degree celsius but yet it felt like only 10 degree celsius due to the wind. I missed the food there from the night markets like stinky toufu and fried chicken cutlets. I missed the friendly shop keepers there who don’t show you a black face after you flip through their things but yet bought nothing there and even sent you to the door and thank you.

How I wish I had stayed there longer which I intend to next time but going only with my cousins and brother. Perharps a month in Taiwan would be fun. Exploring different places not only the main cities like Taipei and Kaohsiung.

I got myself 2 magazines, 1 Power Station album, 1 Stayreal Tee, 1 Topgirl Hebe Tee,  1 Levi’s Red Tab Jeans, 1 Purple/White Nike Sportswear Windrunner, 1 Black Nike Sportswear Air Max 1, 1 7-Eleven Key Pouch after completing 20 stickers.

I wouldn’t be uploading the trip photos here but I already done so on facebook. So do check it out but I warn you, you will be hungry after seeing those pictures. Haha.

36 days left till school reopen but I haven’t went for a swim yet. For the past 1 month, other than learning driving, I went to K once, went to the zoo, spent 1 weekend chasing S.H.E, another Saturday chasing Yanzi.

I had been spending my time infront of the computer, watching old videos, new videos, countless seasons of CSI, surfing different forums, playing FB and surfing lots of apparels’ websites.

I wanna go swimming and shopping for clothes for the new school term~ But the weather recently had been raining and I’m waiting for Tampines One to open so that I can chiong to Uniqlo.

1 week left till my Taipei trip. I wonder how many clothes will I buy this time round as compared to my previous trip, I only got a pair of shoes, jeans and a cap. This time round, together with my brother, I think my dad have to be careful of his pocket. Haha.
